Where Change Is Happening for Students

Brief to: Secretaries Kennedy & McMahon

In March 2025, health freedom organizations filed a brief urging the Department of Education to explicitly include medical training schools in Executive Order 14132, ensuring that COVID-19 vaccine mandates could not be imposed on students in medicine, nursing, and allied health programs. This action highlights that coercing medical interventions violates personal autonomy, creates unnecessary barriers to healthcare careers, and underscores that students have the right to make voluntary, informed medical decisions.

Victory! $10M Settlement:
University of Colorado

In December 2025, the Thomas More Society announced a federal court case against the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical School ended in a $10.3 million settlement after students were unlawfully denied religious exemptions and coerced into medical compliance. This ruling makes one thing clear: coercion is not consent! Forcing medical procedures under threat of exclusion, expulsion, or career destruction is a violation of basic human rights. Students must understand that mandates are not absolute, and standing up to medical coercion is both justified and necessary.

Federal bill introduced: Lift Mandates for All in Higher Education

DYK: There is a federal bill in play to abolish Covid19 mandates?

Representative Mark Messmer introduced H.R. 3044 in 2025. The bill affirms that higher education institutions should not be allowed to coerce medical decisions by conditioning enrollment, employment, or access to benefits on vaccination status.

If you believe medical consent must be voluntary and free from pressure, contact your U.S. Representative and demand support for this bill. Click: Find Your US Representative

Cody’s Law:

No Patient Left Behind

In 2021, at just 21 years old, Cody Hudson did what he was told so he could protect his immunocompromised mother, go to college and return to “normal.” After 2 shots, his life was forever changed and today he is fighting for his life.

Cody’s devastating injuries, compounded by denial, misdiagnosis, and censorship, reveal a reality many Americans face but few are allowed to discuss. Cody and his family now fight not just for him, but for the injured and bereaved nationwide.

Rooted in Science

Risks

Any potential benefits of the COVID-19 booster fail to outweigh the harms for young people 18-29 years old

Researchers performed a risk-benefit assessment and ethical analysis using data from Pfizer, Moderna and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). They concluded that “booster mandates in young adults are expected to cause a net harm.” – BMJ, Dec. 2022

Natural Immunity

Natural immunity proven durable & robust published by the Lancet

“Our analysis suggests that the level of protection from past infection by variant and over time is at least equivalent if not greater than that provided by two-dose mRNA vaccines.”

– Lancet, Feb. 2023

Science

In the FDA's own words...

Failure of the injections to prevent transmission or infection: “At this time, data are not available to make a determination about how long the vaccine will provide protection, nor is there evidence that the vaccine prevents transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from person to person. ” – FDA, Dec. 2020

DID YOU KNOW? Clinical trials are still underway

Severe adverse events were noted in the initial trial but NOT RELEASED released to the public

Clinical trials did NOT include pregnant woman nor did they study the impact to reproductive organs – yet the shots were recommended to millions of children & young adults.

In a cohort study of 23.1 million residents across 4 Nordic countries, risk of myocarditis after the first and second doses of SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccines was highest in young males aged 16 to 24 years after the second dose.

Booster mandates in young adults are expected to cause a net harm: per COVID-19 hospitalization prevented, we anticipate at least 18.5 serious adverse events from mRNA vaccines.”

– British Medical Journal

At least 31,207–42,836 young adults must be boosted with an mRNA vaccine to prevent ONE COVID-19 hospitalization over 6 months

European countries, including the UK, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden and Denmark never had university-implemented mandates

The risk-benefit provide suggests Covid boosters are an unethical medical intervention in young adults

Meta-analyses: 65 studies from 19 different countries.

Protection against severe disease remained high for all variants.

Those with a documented infection should be treated similarly to those who have been fully vaccinated.
